We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Store Manager (Full-time) and Retail Sales Associates (Full-time + Part-time) to join the team at Coconut Avenue, an Island lifestyle boutique & Swim Shop located at Ala Moana Center (opening soon). The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, sustainability and natural living, and be able to effectively communicate that passion to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors, including answering questions about products, providing recommendations, and helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring all merchandise is properly priced and labeled.

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using
  point-of-sale (POS) systems.

• Develop a deep understanding of all products in the store, including product features, benefits, and usage, and be able to effectively communicate that information to customers.

• Stay up-to-date on new products, trends, and promotions, and be able to effectively communicate that information to customers.

• Participate in inventory management, including receiving deliveries, restocking shelves, and monitoring stock levels to ensure adequate stock is maintained.

• Assist with visual merchandising, including creating attractive displays and window displays that effectively showcase products and promote sales.

• Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety, security, and loss prevention.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a sales associate or similar customer service role.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

• Passion for sustainability and natural living, with an understanding of the eco lifestyle and its trends.

• Basic math skills and proficiency with technology, including POS
  systems.

• Physical ability to lift and move boxes and merchandise up to 30
  pounds.
