1. Eligibility for Exchange:
Items eligible for exchange must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
2. Proof of Purchase:
A valid receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges for the following items: sale items, undergarments, swimwear, and personalized or custom-made products.
4. Exchange Process:
To initiate an exchange, please email our customer service (aloha@coconutave.com) or visit our boutique with the eligible item and proof of purchase.
Our team will carefully inspect the item and transaction to ensure it meets our exchange criteria before processing the exchange.
5. Exchange Options:
Exchanged items can be replaced with another product of equal or lesser value.
If the desired item exceeds the value of the original purchase, the customer is responsible for covering the price difference.
6. Refunds:
We do not offer cash refunds, store credit, or gift cards for exchanged items.
Exchange items must be redeemed at the time of exchange with no exceptions.
7. Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product for prompt assistance.
We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution, such as an exchange or repair.
8. Final Sale Items:
Certain items may be marked as final sale, and no exchanges will be accepted for these items under any circumstances.
9. Online Returns
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us for exchange. We’ll take care of the shipping cost to send your replacement item. Please keep in mind that we only cover outgoing shipping once—any additional exchanges or returns will require you to cover all shipping fees.
