How does this work?
When you join Club Coco, you’ll receive a personalized discount code (for example, ALANA15). This code gives your friends, family, and followers 15% off all Coconut Ave branded items, including swimwear, clothing, shoes, and accessories.
What products does the code apply to?
Your Club Coco code can be used on all Coconut Ave branded products. Some collaboration items are excluded, but most of our signature pieces are eligible for both the discount and commission.
What do I earn?
You’ll receive a 10% commission on every order placed using your code. That means if someone spends $100 using your code, you earn $10. Simple as that. 💸
When and how do I get paid?
Commissions are paid monthly once our 14-day exchange window closes. If a customer exchanges or returns an item, your commission for that purchase may be adjusted or moved to the next pay period.
Can I use my own code?
Yes! You're allowed one personal use of your code—go ahead and treat yourself. 😊
Is the code for online or in-store purchases?
Your code is for online purchases only. However, customers can try items on in-store, complete their purchase online using your code, and choose In-Store Pickup to collect their order. You'll still earn your commission.
How often do I need to post?
There’s no required number of posts. Club Coco is about having fun, sharing what you genuinely love, and staying connected. If you enjoy posting regularly and keeping your code active in your content, you’ll have more opportunities to earn commission along the way.
Is this a long-term commitment?
Everyone starts with a three-month Club Coco trial period. After that, we look at participation, engagement, and enthusiasm for the brand. Members who are especially active may receive additional perks, exclusive product drops, and more ways to get involved with Coconut Ave.
