Q: How does this work?
When you join, you’ll receive a personalized discount code (e.g., ALANA15). This code gives your friends, family, and followers 15% off on all Coconut Ave branded items — including swimwear, clothing, shoes, and accessories.
Q: What products does the code apply to?
Your code can be used on all Coconut Ave branded products. Some collaboration items are excluded, but most of our signature pieces are eligible for the discount and commission.
Q: What do I earn?
You’ll receive a 10% commission on every order placed using your code. That means if someone spends $100 using your code, you earn $10. Simple as that. 💸
Q: When and how do I get paid?
Commissions are paid out monthly, once our 14-day exchange window closes. If a customer exchanges or returns their items, your commission for that purchase may be adjusted or moved to the next pay period.
Q: Can I use my own code?
Yes! You’re allowed one personal use of your code — go ahead and treat yourself. 😊
Q: Is the code for online or in-store purchases?
The code is for online use only. But here’s a great tip: customers can try items on in-store, purchase online using your code, and choose “In-Store Pickup” to collect their items. You still earn commission!
Q: How often do I need to post?
We don’t require a specific number of posts, but consistency is everything. The ambassadors who post the most consistently are the ones making the most sales — and taking home the most money. Show up regularly, be creative, and keep your code active in your content.
Q: Is this a long-term commitment?
Each new ambassador starts with a 3-month trial period. After that, we evaluate performance based on consistency, engagement, and brand enthusiasm. Top performers may earn extra perks, exclusive drops, and even more opportunities to grow with us!
