The latest collaboration features original artwork from the talented Chris Miyashiro. Channeling inspiration from the windward side of Oahu, Chris got his start early on – surfing, skating, and exploring the radical landscapes of Hawaii. He would eventually break out to the North Shore and elsewhere in the relentless pursuit of a multifaceted craft. Throughout this capsule the fabled I’iwi Bird takes flight, paying homage to a multitude of iconic island abstractions. Not only does it mesmerize, the Island Stargazer Boardshort is built to perform in all conditions. Our premium 4-way stretch fabric promotes optimal comfort and mobility, resulting in more waves and longer sessions. Made sustainably, using a lightweight blend of recycled poly repreve, coconut fibers, and cotton. Style features include a scalloped hem side pocket and integrated key rope. Novelty Vissla embroidered patch at side. 18.5” outseam measurement.

Order Processing & Shipping Information

At Coconut Ave, we strive to process all orders efficiently and in a timely manner. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, unless stated otherwise on our homepage banner. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will reach out to you promptly with an update and available options.

Processing Times:
Orders placed after 11 AM PST on Fridays or during weekends will not begin processing until the following Monday. If an order is placed during a holiday, additional processing time may be required due to increased demand and postal service delays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking system to reflect updates. If you do not see any movement, it may take additional time for the carrier to scan your package.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Coconut Ave is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly for assistance in locating your package.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We proudly offer FREE USPS 2-5 Day Signature Confirmation Shipping for all orders over $100 within the Continental U.S., Hawaii, and Alaska.
For orders under $100, a $6 flat-rate shipping fee applies.

International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to the United States and Canada. If additional shipping fees are required for international deliveries, we will contact you via email for approval before proceeding with the extra charge.

We strive to provide our customers with an enjoyable and hassle-free shopping experience. To ensure your satisfaction, we have implemented the following comprehensive exchange policy:

1. Eligibility for Exchange:

Items eligible for exchange must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.  

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.  

2. Proof of Purchase:  

A valid receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.  

3. Non-Exchangeable Items:   

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges for the following items: sale items, undergarments, swimwear, and personalized or custom-made products.

4. Exchange Process:

To initiate an exchange, please email our customer service (aloha@coconutave.com) or visit our boutique with the eligible item and proof of purchase.

Our team will carefully inspect the item and transaction to ensure it meets our exchange criteria before processing the exchange.  

5. Exchange Options:

Exchanged items can be replaced with another product of equal or lesser value.

If the desired item exceeds the value of the original purchase, the customer is responsible for covering the price difference.  

6. Refunds:

We do not offer cash refunds, store credit, or gift cards for exchanged items.  

Exchange items must be redeemed at the time of exchange with no exceptions.  

7. Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product for prompt assistance.  

We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution, such as an exchange or repair.  

8. Final Sale Items:

Certain items may be marked as final sale, and no exchanges will be accepted for these items under any circumstances.  

9. Policy Updates:

Coconut Ave reserves the right to modify, update, or clarify this exchange policy at any time.  

Any changes will be communicated to customers through our website, email notifications, or in-store announcements.
